Tuesday – April 21, 2026 – at sea to Cape Town day 1
At sea there usually isn’t much to see. However, as we are sailing along the East of Africa and with the Suez Canal not in full use, there is more traffic around the tip of Africa than during “normal” times. Today we saw several ships. Those in the featured photo are a container ship (left) and a bulk carrier (right).
The World Cruise game today was dodgeball. 2 teams played against each other to narrow the field to 2, then they played in the final. After those games were played the team leaders let us all try to get them out. Air did not win the contest today but we did have a couple very good players (who appear in the gallery).
The show in the theater was titled Cameo. There are a few photos from the show in the gallery.
