Our flight from Chicago to Munich was smooth for the most part – a little turbulence over England. Glad we chose the Premium Economy seats – gave us more room, nice seat and some interesting bennies. Dinner was served around 10:30 pm CST. Each of us must have been tired because we all slept until they woke us for breakfast around 4:30 am CST (11:30 am Munich time). When they opened the cabin shades we saw that there was snow on the ground here and the temperature was around 30 degrees F. Here is a link to some photos from the journey. A copy of the menu for dinner and breakfast, photos of those meals, a view from the tail of the plane showing the snow, a view as we taxied on the runway and the contents of a personal care kit at our seats (socks, moist towel, toothpaste/toothbrush, ear plugs, eye shade). Waiting now to board our flight to Marseille.

Click on the Itinerary page, then click on the link for ORD – MUC and see if that helps. I’ve added some photos for the next day as well (January 4, 2025). Let me know (or text Jan) if this allows you to see the photos.

Hello from Panama! Praying you have a great trip.

Thanks, Deb. Hope your weather has been clear so you can enjoy the canal transit. We just docked in Malaga, Spain. Met a woman from Italy yesterday with an allergy to nickel – will have to tell you about it when we see you in May.
